What an end to the Championship year!

After John and Ethan Davies won the Bustard Targa, they knew a good result on the Knutsford Targa, the following day, woould give John the Driver’s Championship, again! Could Chris Woolley be pipped at the post (Jamie Woolley already had the Navigator’s Championship tied up)?

They had an entry for the Knutsford Targa, so off they went, from Glastonbury to near Bradford, via Newport.

John and Ethan took the initial lead, but eventually dropped to second overall. However this was enough to give John the Championship.

Congratulations John, commiserations Chris. Next year …

The votes are now in and the Knutsford Targa was voted Targa of the Year. Congratulations to everyone involved at Knutsford for making the Knutsford Targa the Shepherd Compello BTRDA Targa Road Rally Championship Targa of the Year!
