Wright wins again in Derbyshire making it three times in four years.
Ian Bell and Ian Wright continued their year long battle at the Derbyshire sporting trial with the latter winning on just six points and by four points to now tie for the lead of the British championship. Roland Uglow completed the podium ahead of Martin Grimwood. Robin Jager once again drive very smoothly on the dry bracken to win the intermediate class by two points from Richard Gowen, but Robin would have finished fourth but for rushing after changing the spark plugs and clipping a costly eight pole. Jeff Armistead won the novice class from Josh Veale who didnt win the class for only the second event this year.
