On 29 September 1982 the British Trial & Rally Drivers Association was incorporated as a company limited by guarantee and the meeting of which this notice is hereby given would have been the 74th Annual General Meeting of the Association originally formed in 1938 as the British Trial Drivers Association.

1. Apologies for Absence.
2. To receive and approve the Minutes of the 38th Annual General Meeting held on 2^nd February 2020.
3. Treasurer’s Report
4. Election of a Director of The British Trial & Rally Drivers Association Ltd
   In accordance with the Articles of Association there is a vacancy for a member of the Board.
5. Election of a Director of BTRDA Ltd
   In accordance with the Articles of Association there is a vacancy for a member of the Board of BTRDA Ltd. The meeting will elect a member to be nominated as a director of BTRDA Ltd. The following member retires by rotation and is eligible for re-election:-

6. Election of Council Members of BTRDA Ltd
   In accordance with the Articles of Association there is a total of five vacancies for members of Council of BTRDA Ltd. The meeting will elect up to five members to be nominated for Council of BTRDA Ltd. The following members retire by rotation and are eligible for re-election:-

   Steve Layton, Bill Skermer and Richard Yapp

7. Reports by Committee Chairmen

   In addition to any matters raised by participants in the online meeting, matters to be raised may also be emailed or posted to the Company Secretary, whose contact details appear below. These should arrive no later than Friday 29^th January 2021.

NOMINATIONS OF MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE VACANCIES MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING OR BY EMAIL, DULY PROPOSED AND SECONDED, STATING FOR WHICH VACANCY THE NOMINATION IS BEING MADE.
