MSF support Under 17 Magic Day

BTRDA MSF took the DRIVE Micra down to Castle Coombe to support the U17CC's Magic Day for the third year in a row. The day, held in aid of the Teenage Cancer trust gives the opportunity for U17CC members, family and friends to go round the track in some of the high end cars brought along by the many friends of the club. With over 85 cars in attendance including an Ariel Atom and a brand new Lamborghini Murcielago.   Everybody had the chance to go round the track with little waiting around. The day runs alongside a normal U17CC day so the track is set out with a series of roundabouts and junctions so club members with brave parents are able to practice their driving skills alongside the more exotic cars.

MSF took the Micra armed with a series of leaflets and copies of BTRDA News to hand out to all of the event goers tempted by the prospect of competing themselves. Situated alongside the Wiltshire Police the stand caught the attention of those who were having a break from driving themselves. Overall it was a successful day (helped along by the sunshine!) with a considerable amount of money raised for Teenage Cancer Trust whilst promoting safe and skilful driving.
