Wyre Forest Trial
Event Report
Henry Kitching won his first BTRDA Spoon for winning the Wyre Forest car trial overall after a masterful drive over reigning British champion Mark Hoppe, who finished a distant second in class. The rear wheel drive class saw an extremely tight battle with Steve Courts winning by a single point with the top three covered by just two points. Simon Harris also won a close class by three points from his closest two rivals, but the dry day belonged to Kitching.

Event Details
The first of June's "must do" trials, KMC's Wyre Forest event at their long-established "Orchard" site is guaranteed to offer something for everyone, with so much variety and natural features on offer. Note that the club has exercised its right not to require a front seat passenger for the event, so we will doubtless see a mix of entries and lots of debate as to whether or not climbing performance is affected! Your early entries will be appreciated.
