Golden Springs Car Trial
Event Report
Duncan Stephens won the Golden Springs car trial in a Nissan Micra borrowed from Cranmore Garage, Solihull. Stephens slowly extended his lead despite making a couple of mistakes having never driven the car before. Mutliple champion Barrie Parker borrowed his wife's Clio for the day and then shared it with MSA championship co-ordinator Mike Jones, who led Parker into the last round until a clipped post dropped him behind his co-pilot. Jones was revelling competing again after a twenty year break and drove superbly, worrying Parker severely!

The second round of our Championship and the first of two events in March, Woolbridge Motor Club's "Golden Springs" Car Trial will be held at the usual Hog Cliff Hill site in Dorset. There's still time to get your car prepared if you missed out on the opening event in February!
