Duncan Stephens, Mike Readings, Dave Rance, Pat Henson, Ian Fullwood/Janette Rowlatt, Stuart Perren and Chris Turley all took cars to Loton Park on Sunday to help Hagley & District Light Car Club celebrate the hill climbs 50th anniversary and the clubs 75th.
Passenger rides proved extremely popular with over ninety rides given during the day raising money for the Midlands Air Ambulance and local church.
Reigning MSA British Champion Duncan Stephens gave counterpart MSA British Hill Climb Champion Scott Moran a ride at the end of the day in his Crossle. Scott was amazed at the performance of the car, grip and acceleration of the agile car.
Although the venue was a bit limiting in the extremely hot and dry conditions it proved slippery on the braken, testing cars and drivers skills.
