Julian Fack won his first trial in nearly three years to dominate the Gloucester trial all day from novice Mark Seward who secured a magnificent second overall.
Julian lead initially from Steve Courts who blew his engine during the afternoon. Mark had a superb afternoon to beat Roland Uglow by four marks, with Roland continuing his good run of top three results. Calvin Kneebone finished fourth and top live axle car. Monty Peters blew a head gasket but continued to win the intermediate class in tenth overall from Alan Fullalove. Mark won the novice class from Bill Sherras who was fourteenth overall
