Wye Valley Trial

Event Report

Steve Courts won the re-scheduled Wye Valley car trial in bone dry conditions with a commanding lead over Nigel Weeks in the rear wheel drive class, making the most of not needing a passenger. Colin Reid finished second overall in the small front wheel drive class by winning by more than a hundred points. Meanwhile in the new car class Nick Pollitt got the better of Mark Hoppe with a couple of great climbs in the morning to open a lead he didn't relinquish.

The West Midlands team won the inter association team event.
